1 General Terms & Applicability

Kriya Bet is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Kriya Bet and its users. By accessing this platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To use Kriya Bet, you need to register a personal account. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory — providing false information may result in account termination.

• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• Email address (optional but recommended)

Each individual may only operate one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

KYC Verification:

To withdraw above a certain amount or to verify your account, you'll need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a photo of your National ID or passport.

3 Age Restrictions & Protection of Minors

Kriya Bet's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

We believe it is essential to keep children and minors away from online betting. To that end, Kriya Bet takes the following measures:

• Age is verified at the time of registration
• A birth certificate or NID may be requested in cases of doubt
• Accounts will be immediately closed if a user is found to be underage

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

• No extra charges on deposits
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus

Exchange rates applicable to currency conversions will be based on the rate at the time of the transaction. Kriya Bet bears no liability in this regard.

5 Betting Rules & Settlement Policy

Before placing bets on Kriya Bet, you should familiarise yourself with the specific rules for each sport. General betting rules are outlined below:

Bet acceptance:

• If you do not receive a confirmation message after placing a bet, the bet will be considered unsuccessful
• Incomplete bets are cancelled if the internet connection is lost
• Kriya Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds
• Placing two opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited

If a match is abandoned:

• If a match is cancelled entirely, all bets will be voided and refunded
• If a match is cancelled after a specified number of overs have been completed, the result for that portion stands as valid
• If a match is cancelled during live betting, settlement may be based on what has occurred up to that point

Result Declaration:

Results are typically announced within 30 minutes of a match ending. In complex situations, this may take up to 24 hours. In the event of a dispute, our system records shall be considered the final authority.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kriya Bet regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms, which will be detailed on that offer's page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit
• Bonuses can only be used after meeting the specified wagering requirements
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry
• Bets placed with bonus funds typically require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher
• Only one bonus per device, IP address, or household is permitted

Kriya Bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time. If a member is found to be abusing a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kriya Bet. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and potential legal action:

• Operating more than one account
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Betting using match fixing or insider information
• Using multiple identities to claim bonus benefits
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Taking advantage of arbitrage betting or bonus hunting methods
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Kriya Bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found
• If KYC verification is incomplete
• When a suspicious transaction is detected
• If the user submits a request to close their own account
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

You will generally be notified by email or SMS before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

Kriya Bet accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's own internet connection issues
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues
• Account hacking or data theft resulting from the user's own negligence
• Financial losses from betting are the user's own responsibility
